About me
I’m a very friendly, down to earth kind of girl. Very open minded, bubbly and easy-going, with a real work hard play hard philosophy. I pack a lot into life and am always getting myself involved in some new project or activity! Sensitive, intuitive, deeply passionate, and highly energetic. Slightly tendency for clumsiness despite years of regular yoga practice. I’m an eternal optimist, who sees the best in people and really believes that anything is possible in life if you want it enough. I love animals and am passionate about being vegan, but in a quiet considered kind of way. I like trying new things and meeting new people and am quite spiritual in my outlook.

By day I work as a Risk Manager for a major bank, and on the weekends I practise reflexology and teach yoga. It’s a nice balance for now. One day I’d love to manage my own wellbeing centre, or run yoga and cooking retreats in Europe. Originally from England, I’ve been living in Sydney for the last 8years and love the beauty and energy of this city.

Cooking and entertaining (I used to run a vegan baking business so am a dab hand in the kitchen!)
Listening to music (all sorts from Indie to Trance to Classical)

Dancing (and wishing I had the moves like Jagger!)
Enjoying a lazy Sunday morning breakfast whilst pouring over the weekend papers
