Hey there! I'm Heather, 25, livin in the burbs of the twin cities. Yes, the suburbs, no, I'm not a cowgirl... YET! Well I am at heart. Although I grew up in the suburbs, I truly believe a horse ranch is where I belong; where I should have grown up. What I am is an animal lovin' daughter of God, who loves to ride, sing, dance, get dirty, have fun, and spread the love. Anything outdoors and/or adventurous I am all in. Camping, rock climbing, and hiking are probably among the favorites in that category(other than horseback of course). Snowboarding I would say would also be on that list, though I don't get to do it much. Karaoke and swing dancing are common hobbies for me as well. l also enjoy anything artsy including photography, wood-work and Architectural/Interior design. Wood-work and photography I've really only dabbled in, but have an associates in Architectural Drafting. So to explain the cowgirl dream thing... It really all started with goin to horse camp throughout a lot of grade school. Since then I've only gotten to free ride a few times but is my absolute favorite place to be: galloping out through nature with the wind blowing through my hair. Corny, I know, but truth. Any time I ride or am even around horses I am told I am a natural. I can't wait to do it more. Eventually I would potentially like to use horses to work with youth at risk. Last, but definitely not least, is my faith. I am a non-denomination Christian who loves Jesus and his people. I love to try to help people though emotionally difficult times as it was once, and still is, done for me.
