| Jeg beskriver mig selv som | In simple words I describe myself as happy, holistic, a little nerdy, healthy, helpful, and compassionate. I love love love to travel. In fact I sold my house last year in order to be a little more adventurous:-) This year I'll be going on a pilgrimage in Spain for 33 days! I teach mindfulness through the vehicle of yoga and I'm just now starting to coach people on food and nutrition. I enjoy being n the kitchen experimenting with food dishes and currently I'm working on writing a cook book. I like a wide range of activities, from hiking boots to big girl heals. I'm very aware of the gifts in my life and practice gratitude daily. I have a niece and nephew in KY that I adore and see them as much as I can. I'm a total Harry Potter nerd! A couple of years ago I went on a 2 week holiday in Scotland but took a 4 day detour to London just to tour HP movie sights:-) I'm quite ambitious when it comes to my teaching so I attend many workshops and hold several workshops myself. My goal is to incorporate my love of travel with my yoga teaching workshops all over the globe. Well that's a brief description of me. At the end of the day, I simply want to enjoy my life and share it with someone! |
